Tiene que ver con el frame en el que www.artaranjuez.com/index1.asp 
engloba a http://www.cooperativasolnaciente.com/artaranjuez/index1.asp.  
En lugar de hacerlo con frames, ¿por qué no haces una redirección?

Seguro que no es cosa del css, porque sino la página se vería igual en 
las dos direcciones, incluso con IE6.

Por cierto, que ésto:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

es incompatible con esto otro:
<body *topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0" bottommargin="0"* style="background:url(images/bg1.jpg) no-repeat fixed right top;">
<table width="100%" *height="100%"* border="0" cellspacing="0" style="border:none;">

¿Por qué no haces una hoja de estilo en lugar de tanto atributo style?
