(hasta hace poco el verbo no existía en castellano pero si el adjetivo 
énfasis, lo hemos adoptado recientemente del inglés)

Por aportar algo que vi el otro día: si se utiliza Strong los lectores 
de pantalla como el Jaws le dirán al usuario que hay un texto con una 
importancia diferente al resto del texto, independiente del estilo con 
el que se haya "pintado" el strong. Por desgracia no se me ocurrió 
pasar el Jaws por texto con etiqueta b para ver que pasa.
